Frustration 1: I do not know where to start or what to do?
Are you confused about what is more important than another? Maybe we you know even know how to set up a Facebook Business account correctly. Frustration 2: I can not design images?
You can try designing your own on platforms like Canva, which is ideally designed for those without design skills and software. Or you can hire a graphic designer. Most importantly you need to make sure your content looks “On Brand” and does not damage the overall objective of the business. Poor quality or even low-resolution images does not portray the best image for your business – so how do you want people to react when they see your business for the very first time?
Frustration 3: I don’t know if social media is actually a benefit to my business?
By having clearly defined goals, and reviewing your statistics frequently will help you decide if social media is actually a plus for your business. If you do not know what to measure and track – how will you know what works?
Frustration 4: I have lots of followers but nobody is buying?
This is the number 1 trap most business fall into- thinking that a large number of followers will result in sales/ profit. But not every person out there are your ideal customer so you need to focus your efforts on attracting people that will not just like your content but also buy from you.
Frustration 5: Social media takes too much time.

Frustration 6: My boosted post is just not working?
Although boosted post is a great way to start dabbling in Facebook advertising is not 90% as powerful as creating ads in Ads Manager. And to really be effective you need to know what to do and what to test when running ads. We have been successfully managing Facebook Ads for businesses since 2014.
Frustration 7: Everyone I speak to always wants to redo my emails/websites and everything else?

Frustration 8: Why does it cost so much?
Social media managers charge anything from R1000 and upwards. If someone is responsible for how your business looks- who would you trust: the person that has no experience or the person with as much experience as what you can afford?
Social media can easily go horribly wrong with a bad tweet or insensitive remark- don’t leave your brand reputation up to chance.
