If you’re experiencing issues sending or receiving emails on your device or email client (like Outlook, Gmail, or Apple Mail), first check if your email works through the cPanel webmail interface. This helps determine whether the issue is with your device setup or with the email account itself.

✅ Step 1: Test Your Email via Webmail

Visit our webmail login page:

  1. Enter your full email address (e.g., you@yourdomain.com).
  2. Enter your email password.
  3. Click Login.

⚠️ Important: Your browser must have JavaScript enabled to use webmail. If you see an error message about JavaScript being disabled, please enable it in your browser settings and try again.

🛠 What This Tells You:

  • If you can log in and see your emails → Your cPanel email account is working correctly.
🔹 The issue is likely with the settings on your phone, computer, or email app. Double-check the IMAP/SMTP settings above.

  • If you cannot log in (wrong password or error message):

    • Confirm you’re using the correct password.
    • Reset your email password via cPanel > Email Accounts.
    • Contact us at admin@chillimedia.co.za  – we’ll check the backend and help resolve any server-side issues.

💡 Pro Tip:

Always test with webmail first. If webmail works but your device doesn’t, the problem is local to your setup — not the server.
